摘要
干眼是由泪液质、量、动力学异常导致的泪膜稳定性下降及眼表损伤的一类眼表疾病,严重者会影响患者的视觉、生活质量。该病致病因素复杂,既由全身免疫功能障碍所致,又有局部腺体功能异常的影响,还和感染、用眼习惯、环境温湿度等因素相关,因此治疗效果差强人意。近年来随着对干眼致病因素和机制的深入研究,在中医经络理论的指导下,针灸这一传统的治疗方法因微创、起效快、疗效持久、不良反应小等特点,在干眼的治疗中逐渐受到医家的重视。本文综述了近年来针灸治疗干眼的临床和机制研究,对目前临床上常用的各种针灸治疗干眼的方法和疗效进行分析、比较和总结,认为针灸治疗干眼主要通过调节炎性因子、提升黏蛋白的表达、改善泪腺功能对眼表功能重建发挥的调节作用,从而能够有效改善患者的眼部症状积分,促进泪液分泌量增加,增强泪膜稳定性。
Dry eye is a kind of ocular surface disease due to the decrease of tear film stability and ocular surface injury caused by abnormal quality,quantity and dynamics of tears,which can seriously affect the vision and quality of life of patients.The pathogenic factors of the disease are complex,it not only caused by systemic immune dysfunction,but also caused by local glandular dysfunction,infection,eye habits,environmental temperature and humidity,so the therapeutic effect is not satisfactory.In recent years,with the in-depth study on the pathogenic factors and mechanism of dry eye,under the guidance of the meridian theory of Traditional Chinese Medicine,acupuncture and moxibustion,a traditional treatment method,has been paid more and more attention by doctors in the treatment of dry eye,its has minimally invasive,withe quick and long-lasting effect,little adverse reaction and so on.This paper summarizes the clinical and mechanism research on acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of dry eye in recent years,and analyzes,compares and summarizes the commonly used clinical methods and therapeutic effects of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of dry eye.It is suggested that acupuncture and moxibustion can modulate ocular surface function by regulating inflammatory factors,enhancing mucin expression and improving lacrimal gland function,thus can effectively ameliorate the patients’eye symptom score,promote the increase of lacrimal secretion,enhance the stability of tear film.
