摘要
目的:研究参芪养阴活血方治疗糖尿病肾病对患者胰岛素抵抗及肾功能的影响。方法:将100例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为两组,对照组50例予常规药物治疗,试验组50例在对照组的基础上加服参芪养阴活血方,疗程均为12周,记录治疗前后空腹胰岛素(Fasting Insulin,FINS)、空腹血糖(Glucose,GLU)、胰岛素抵抗指数(Insulin Resistant Index,HOMA-IR)、尿素氮(Blood Ure Nitrogen,BUN)、内生肌酐清除率(Creatinine Clearance,Ccr)、血肌酐(Serum Creatinine,Scr)等指标水平及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者FINS、GLU、HOMA-IR、Scr、Ccr、BUN水平均显著降低,且试验组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者在服药期间均出现不同程度的腹泻、恶心、消化不良等不良反应,但不良反应率的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:参芪养阴活血方治疗糖尿病肾病效果显著,可有效改善患者的胰岛素抵抗,改善肾脏功能,安全性高。
Objective:To study the effects of the Shenqi Yangyin Huoxue prescription(参芪养阴活血方)on insulin resistance and renal function of patients with diabetic nephropathy.Methods:A total of 100 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into the control group(took routine drugs)and the experimental group(took the Shenqi Yangyin Huoxue prescription plus routine drugs),with 50 cases in each group.The course of treatment was 12 weeks.The levels of FINS,GLU,HOMA-IR,BUN,endogenous Ccr and serum Scr before and after treatment,and the occurrence of adverse reactions were recorded.Results:After treatment,levels of FINS,GLU,HOMA-IR,Scr,Ccr and BUN in both groups were significantly decreased,which in the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).During medication,there were adverse reactions such as diarrhea,nausea and dyspepsia.However,the difference in adverse reaction rate was not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of the Shenqi Yangyin Huoxue prescription on diabetic nephropathy is significant.It can effectively relieve insulin resistance and improve the renal function,with high safety.
