摘要
庆咸首站是长庆油田第二输油处,地理位置特殊,安全问题非常重要,一旦庆咸首站出现安全事故,将会造成不可估量的危害和损失。因此,采用先进有效合理的管理模式,提高输油站的安全管理水平,从根本上预防和消除安全隐患的发生,对于庆咸首站来说是一项十分艰巨的任务。以网格化管理的背景、内涵和设计实现为基础,研究网格化管理在输油站中的具体应用,其管理理念先进,值得推广。
Qingxian First Station is the second oil transportation place of Changqing Oilfield,with special geographical location.Once the safety accident occurs in Qingxian initial station,it will cause immeasurable harm and loss.Therefore,it is an arduous task for Qingxian First Station to adopt advanced,effective and reasonable management mode to improve the safety management level of oil transportation station and prevent and eliminate the occurrence of potential safety hazards.Based on the background,connotation and design and implementation of grid management,this paper has carried out research to illustrate the specific application of grid management in oil transmission stations.The management concept is advanced and worthy of promotion.
