摘要
胡154区块油藏自注水开发以来,水驱矛盾日趋加剧,井组平均增油量较前两年下降明显,常规调剖堵水效果逐年变差。现场对提高油井受益有效期,提高注水井调驱治理效果有迫切需求。结合前期现场验证,提出堵水调剖双向调堵技术,对胡154区块高含水井组进行双向调堵治理。该工艺对传统调堵工艺参数进行了优化,优选适合胡154区块的关键堵剂体系。选择注采关系对应明显的注水井和油井,采用段塞式注入工艺,成功实施了双向调堵试验,降水增油效果良好。
Since the water injection development of Hu 154 block reservoir,the water drive contradiction has become increasingly intensified,the average oil increase of the well group has decreased significantly compared with the previous two years,and the effect of conventional profile control and water shutoff has become worse year by year.There is an urgent need to improve the benefit validity period of oil wells and the control effect of water injection wells.Combined with the previous field verification,the two-way plugging technology of water shutoff and profile control is proposed to carry out two-way plugging control for the high water bearing well group in Hu 154 block.The process optimizes the parameters of the traditional plugging control process and selects the key plugging agent system suitable for Hu 154 block.The water injection wells and oil wells with obvious injection production relationship are selected,and the slug injection process is adopted.The two-way plugging regulation test is successfully implemented,and the effect of precipitation and oil increase is good.
