摘要
介绍了硫酸铝蒸发二次蒸汽回收利用的工艺流程、技术优势、主要操作方法和应用效果。通过对蒸发二次蒸汽潜热、生蒸汽冷凝水显热及二次蒸汽冷凝水显热三方面热量进行回收,将高温部分用于蒸发原料的升温,以提高生产效率;中温部分用于集中供暖与售卖热水;低温部分进入工艺循环水,有利于反应与沉降。整个工艺将能利用的余热用于本工艺,不能用的余热用于民生,为硫酸铝蒸汽高消耗低效率利用的现状,提供了参考方向。
The process flow,technical advantages,main operation methods and application effects of aluminum sulfate evaporation secondary steam recycling are introduced.By recovering the latent heat of the evaporated secondary steam,the sensible heat of the raw steam condensate and the sensible heat of the secondary steam condensate,the high temperature part is used to heat the evaporation raw material to improve the production efficiency.The medium temperature section is used for central heating and selling hot water.The low temperature part enters the process circulating water,which is conducive to reaction and settlement.The whole process uses the waste heat that can be used for this process,and the waste heat that cannot be used for people s livelihood,which provides a reference direction for the current situation of high consumption and low efficiency of aluminum sulfate steam.
