摘要
目的:研究对慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期(肺肾两虚证)患者应用补肺益肾方联合益肺灸的价值与效果。方法:200例处于稳定期的慢性阻塞性肺疾病(肺肾两虚证)患者以双盲法分为对照组与观察组,对照组100例实施舒利迭的西药干预,观察组100例应用补肺益肾方联合益肺灸治疗,比较两组在肺功能指标、炎性因子水平改变情况与治疗效果方面的差异。结果:治疗后两组的中医证候积分、呼吸困难评分都比治疗前有显著下降,P<0.05;并且治疗后观察组中医证候积分、呼吸困难评分比对照组显著更低,P<0.05。观察组治疗后的各项肺功能指标高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组治疗后各因子水平与对照组相比显著更低,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组,P<0.05。结论:应用补肺益肾方联合益肺灸对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(肺肾两虚证)患者实施补肺益肾的干预,成效显著,值得推广实施。
Objective:To study the value and effects of the Bufei Yishen prescription(补肺益肾方)plus moxibustion for nourishing lung on stable stage chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(the lung and kidney deficiency syndrome).Methods:200 cases were divided into the control group and the observation group by double-blind method.100 cases in the control group was treated with seretide,and the observation group was given the Bufei Yishen decoction plus moxibustion for nourishing lung.Results:After treatment,the TCM syndromes scores and dyspnea score in the two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment,P<0.05;and the TCM syndromes scores and dyspnea score in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than the control group,P<0.05.The pulmonary function indexes in the observation group after treatment were higher than the control group,P<0.05.The levels of various factors in the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than the control group,P<0.05.The total efficiency in the treatment group was obviously higher than the control group,P<0.05.Conclusion:The Bufei Yishen prescription plus moxibustion for nourishing lung on stable stage chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(the lung and kidney deficiency syndrome)shows noticeable effects,and it is worthy of universal implementation.
