摘要
动车组高压设备箱是动车组高压系统中的核心设备之一,其性能直接关系到动车组的安全运营。主要高压电器部件密闭于箱式气体绝缘金属封闭开关设备(C-GIS)高压设备箱内,其内部充SF6气体,减小高压部件的电气间隙,达到高压设备箱小型化的目的,使动车组高压系统的环境适应能力大大增强,满足更加紧凑、绝缘强度更高的需求。文中主要研究新技术方案的可行性并对其进行风险分析。
The high-voltage equipment box of the EMU is one of the key equipment in the high-voltage system of the EMU, and its performance is directly related to the safe operation of the EMU. The seal’s high-voltage equipment frame mainly includes high-voltage electrical components, box-type gas-insulated metal-enclosed switchgear(C-GIS) high-voltage equipment boxes, which are filled with SF6 gas to reduce the electrical clearance of high-voltage components, and realize the miniaturization of high-voltage equipment. The environmental adaptability of the high-voltage system is greatly enhanced to meet more compact requirements and higher insulation strength. This article mainly studies the feasibility of new technology solutions and carries out risk analysis on them.
