摘要
电子病历系统在医疗机构中的应用日益普及,其在优化医疗流程、提升医疗服务质量的同时也对医疗服务监督执法工作带来了新的挑战。本文通过对电子病历系统相关概念、政策演进及国内应用发展情况的系统梳理,对借助电子病历系统开展现场监督执法实践予以探讨,分析其对完善医疗服务现场监督执法的积极意义和面临的问题,并在此基础上提出了相关对策建议。
The application of the Electronic Medical Record(EMR)system among healthcare facilities has become increasingly popular,which plays an important role in optimizing medical workflow and improving medical service quality,but brings new challenges to medical service supervision tasks of the regulatory agencies.Through reviewing the related concept,policy evolution,and domestic application of the EMR system,this paper discussed the practice of on-site supervision and law enforcement through the EMR system,analyzed its positive significance in improving medical service supervision and the problems.Accordingly,this paper offered recommendations to undertake medical service supervision through the EMR system.
