摘要
以5份栝楼品种为材料,对其中的3个产量性状、9个果实性状、13个种子性状、叶绿素含量和5个光合性状、4个生长性状分别进行考察。通过遗传变异分析、相关性分析、主成分分析研究栝楼主要农艺性状与单株产量之间的关系,探究影响栝楼产量形成的主要决定因子。结果表明:5份栝楼种质的35个农艺性状遗传变异系数为0~99.94%,遗传材料具有多样性;19个性状与单株产量呈显著相关,中等强度以上相关指标分别是单株结果数(0.870)、鲜出籽率(0.732)、成熟时间(-0.711)、种子厚(0.692)、果皮折干率(0.528)、叶绿素含量(0.496)、种子成熟率(0.483)、不成熟种子数(-0.475)、净光合速率(0.425)、百粒重(0.412)和干种子重(0.401);主成分分析共得5个主成分(产量因子、收获品质因子、植株形态因子、发育因子和产量抑制因子),累积贡献率达到86.54%。依据载荷的高低得出影响栝楼单株产量的主要性状顺序为:成熟时间>单株结果数>鲜出籽率>种子厚>不成熟种子数>叶绿素含量>净光合速率>种子成熟率>果实大小>果实纵径>胞间CO2浓度,即成熟越早、单株结果数越多、鲜出籽率越高、种子越厚、不成熟种子数越少、叶绿素含量越高、净光合速率越强、种子成熟率越高、胞间CO2浓度越高、果实较小的栝楼品种单株产量越高。
Five varieties of Trichosanthes kirirowii were used as research materials,and the 3 yield traits,9 fruit traits,13 seed traits,chlorophyll content,5 photosynthetic traits and 4 growth traits were investigated.The relationship between the main agronomic traits and yield per plant was studied by genetic variation analysis,correlation analysis and principal component analysis,and the main factors of the Trichosanthes kirirowii production were determined.The results showed that the genetic variation coefficient of 35 agronomic traits of 5 Trichosanthes kirirowii was 0~99.94%.The genetic materials were diverse.19 traits were significantly correlated with yield per plant.The above medium-strength correlations were as follows:fruit number per plant(0.870),fresh seed rate(0.732),maturity time(-0.711),seed thickness(0.692),peel dry rate(0.528),chlorophyll(0.496),seed maturity(0.483),number of immature seeds(-0.475),net photosynthetic rate(0.425),100-grain weight(0.412),dry seed weight(0.401).A total of 5 principal components(yield factors,harvest quality factors,plant morphology factors,development factors and yield inhibitors)were obtained by principal component analysis.The cumulative contribution rate reached 86.54%.According to the level of the load,the order of the main traits affecting the yield per plant was maturity time>fruit number per plant>fresh seed rate>seed thickness>number of immature seeds>chlorophyll>net photosynthetic rate>seed maturity>fruit size>longitudinal diameter of fruit>intercellular CO2 concentration.The earlier the maturity,the greater the fruit number per plant,the higher the fresh seed rate,the thicker the seed,the less the number of immature seeds,the higher the chlorophyll content,the stronger the net photosynthetic rate,the higher the seed maturity rate,and the higher the intercellular CO2 concentration,the higher the yield per plant of the cultivar with relatively small fruit.
