中国物流业碳排放影响因素及产业关联研究 被引量:21

On the Influencing Factors of Carbon Emission of China's Logistics Industry and Its Industrial Linkage

摘要 物流业除自身消耗化石能源产生直接碳排放以外,还通过使用来自其他产业的中间品而形成间接碳排放。从物流业自身角度分析其碳排放影响因素的基础上,增加产业关联维度研究与物流业碳排放关联度较大的具体产业,能够从经济大循环的角度对物流业的低碳发展提供理论依据。本文以投入产出模型为理论基础,基于中国2012年和2017年42部门投入产出表,将产业部门归并为9大类,运用结构分解分析方法和产业关联效应分析方法,从物流业自身和产业关联两个角度,揭示物流业的碳排放强度变化原因。研究发现:中国物流业碳排放影响因素可分解为直接碳排放系数效应、增加值系数效应、中间投入技术效应和最终需求效应,且直接碳排放系数效应和增加值系数效应贡献较大;从产业关联的角度,对物流业间接碳排放量贡献最大的产业为重制造业;物流业与重制造业处于非均衡融合发展阶段,物流业的发展对重制造业的依赖度较高。未来,物流企业需要减少对高污染技术、高碳性中间投入产品的依赖;管理部门需要从经济大循环的角度提高对产业部门间碳排放关联的重视程度,并制定促进物流业与制造业融合发展的政策和平台。 In addition to direct carbon emissions from the consumption of fossil energy,the logistics industry also produces indirect carbon emissions through the use of intermediate products from other industries.On the basis of analyzing the influencing factors of carbon emissions from the perspective of the logistics industry itself,adding the dimension of industrial association to study the specific industries that are closely related to the carbon emissions of the logistics industry can provide a theoretical basis for the low-carbon development of the logistics industry from the perspective of the great economic cycle.Based on the input-output model,this paper is based on the input-output table of 42 sectors in China in 2012 and 2017.,the industrial sectors are classified into nine categories.With the help of Structural decomposition analysis method and industrial correlation effect analysis method,this paper attempts to reveal the causes of carbon emission changes in the logistics industry from the perspective of logistics industry itself and industry association.The results show that the influencing factors of carbon emission of China's logistics industry can be divided into direct carbon emission coefficient effect,added value coefficient effect,intermediate input technology effect and final demand effect,and the direct carbon emission coefficient effect and added value coefficient effect contribute greatly;from the perspective of industrial correlation,the industry that contributes the most to the indirect carbon emission of logistics industry is heavy manufacturing industry;logistics industry and heavy manufacturing industry are in the stage of unbalanced integration development,and the development of logistics industry is highly dependent on heavy manufacturing industry.In the future,logistics enterprises need to reduce their dependence on high pollution technology and high carbon intermediate input products;management departments need to pay more attention to the correlation of carbon emissions between industria
