摘要
硒是人体的必需微量元素之一,食物链是人体摄入硒元素的唯一途径。土壤―作物系统是整条食物链的基础,硒在土壤―作物系统的积累转化直接影响人类膳食硒摄入量,而土壤有效硒含量是决定这一动态过程的关键决定因素。因此,全面分析土壤硒有效性的影响因素对于提高硒生物强化效果以至于改善人体硒营养水平都具有重要意义。目前国内外针对土壤硒有效性影响的单因素研究较多,缺乏多因素的全面整合。本文基于当前国内外关于土壤―作物系统中硒元素迁移转化的相关研究,在阐述土壤有效性硒的组分、形态及其功能基础上,分别从土壤理化性质、农艺管理措施、气候条件3个方面综述了对土壤硒有效性影响因素的研究进展,以期为提升硒生物强化效率及深入研究土壤硒有效性的调控提供理论依据。
Selenium is one of the essential trace elements in human body.The food chain is the only way for human body to ingest selenium.Soil-crop systems is the foundation of the whole food chain,the accumulation and transformation of selenium in soilcrop systems directly affect human dietary selenium intake,and soil effective selenium content is a key determinant of this dynamic process.Therefore,a comprehensive analysis of the influence factors of soil selenium effectiveness to improve the effect of selenium biofortification that improve human selenium nutrition level is of great significance.At present,there are many single factor studies on the effect of soil selenium availability at home and abroad,but lack of comprehensive integration of multiple factors.Based on the current domestic and foreign studies on the transfer and transformation of selenium in soil-crop system,this paper reviewed the research progress on the influencing factors of soil selenium availability from three aspects of soil physical and chemical properties,agronomic management measures and climatic conditions,on the basis of explaining the components,forms and functions of soil available selenium,in order to improve the efficiency of selenium biofortification and provide a theoretical basis to further studies of the regulation of soil selenium availability.
