前纵隔海绵状血管瘤一例 被引量：2

摘要 病人,男58岁。因发热、咳嗽7天于2019年7月11日入院,无胸闷、胸痛,无头晕、头痛,无腹痛、腹胀,无恶心、呕吐等不适。门诊行胸部CT检查提示前纵隔团块影,前纵隔病变穿刺活检提示(肺部)纤维脂肪组织。体格检查:T 36.5℃,P 68次/分,BP 131/72 mmHg,皮肤巩膜无明显黄染,浅表淋巴结未触及明显肿大。颈软,颈静脉未见充盈。双肺呼吸音清晰,未闻及明显干、湿啰音,心音有力,律齐,未闻及明显病理性杂音。
