考虑数量折扣的多中心仓库联合采购-配送集成优化研究 被引量:2

Optimizing integrated multi-warehouse joint replenishment and delivery problem with quantity discount

摘要 本文构建了一个考虑数量折扣的多中心仓库联合采购-配送集成优化模型。通过对模型的数学性质进行分析,本文得到了最优决策变量的一系列性质,例如较好的上下界以及各决策变量间的内在联系,并据此设计了一种定界启发式算法(Bound Heuristic,BH)用于缩小决策变量的寻优空间;通过将该定界算法嵌入自适应混合差分进化算法(Adaptive Hybrid Differential Evolution,AHDE)构建了新的求解算法AHDE-BH,并将之用于所建模型的求解,本文还设计了一种结构性的启发式算法M-RAND算法,M-RAND算法具有较高的运算效率,算例结果显示两种新算法具有更好的准确性和稳定性;最后针对不同的资源约束和中心仓库数量进行了敏感性分析,尤其是对资源约束带来的影响进行了深入探讨,本文明确了相关参数对总成本的影响,为企业科学决策提供有益的参考。 In the context of global procurement,the fixed ordering costs involved in the procurement process,such as service charges,telecommunications costs,travel expenses of staff,intermediary costs for purchasing through agents,and shipping costs for international purchasing,have increased dramatically.Thus,the lack of effective methods to reduce ordering costs has become a significant problem.Under such circumstances,Joint Replenishment(JR)is a highly effective cost-control measure,which not only decreases the fixed order cost but also procures a large order and achieves scale effect.When a group of goods are supplied by the same supplier or are transported by the same freighter,JR policy can achieve the scale effect of purchasing and shipping by sharing the fixed transportation cost.Thus,it can save considerable costs.JR policy has a wide range of applications in the actual operations of supply chain management.Academically,since the proposal of the Joint Replenishment Problem(JRP),the academic value of JRPs have been widely accepted.The integrated optimization of multi-level decisions based on JR policy is highly effective in further improving the practicability of this policy.Based on the high application and academic value of JRP,new pragmatic models must be designed.However,JRP has been proven NP-hard;thus,conventional methods for mathematical programming are inapplicable.In addition,exact algorithms for this problem are very rare,and only problems of modest scale can be accurately solved.Realistic models are also more complex and difficult to solve.Consequently,researchers need to formulate new and effective algorithms.Under such circumstances,an integrated optimization model of multi-warehouse joint replenishment and delivery with resource constraints and quantity discounts(CD-M-JRD)was proposed.Compared with traditional models,this practical model is closer to real-world logistic operations.We also designed two new algorithms.Both algorithms performed highly efficiently and effectively in numerical experiments.
