摘要
目的:调查海南省医疗机构手术器械预处理现状。方法:采用分层抽样法,于2020年2月抽取海南省46家医院为研究对象,对手术器械预处理的实施、相关制度与流程建立、使用后送达消毒供应中心的时间、预处理方法使用情况等进行问卷调查。结果:46家医院均实施手术器械预处理;不同等级医院在手术器械是否由消毒供应中心集中处理和手术器械使用后送达消毒供应中心的时间等方面,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同等级医院建立有关预处理及回收相关制度差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两两比较结果显示,三级医院比二级医院建立有关预处理及回收相关制度实施率高。结论:海南省手术器械预处理相关制度和流程、预处理方法等有待改进。
Objective:To analyze the status of surgical instrument pretreatment in medical institutions of Hainan province.Methods:Using stratified random sampling method,we selected 46 hospitals in February 2020 to investigate the implementation of institutional pretreatment,the establishment of relevant systems and procedures,delivery time of surgical instruments to Central Sterile Supply Department(CSSD)after use,and pretreatment methods.Results:Totally 46 hospitals all implemented surgical instrument pretreatment.There were no significant differences in the time when surgical instruments were centrally processed by CSSD and delivered to CSSD after use(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in the establishment of relevant pretreatment and recycling systems among different levels of hospitals(P<0.05).Tertiary hospitals had a higher implementation rate of establishing relevant pretreatment and recovery systems than secondary hospitals.Conclusion:The pretreatment systems and procedures of surgical instruments in Hainan province need to be improved.
