摘要
随着国际航运业务越来越繁忙,在航船舶数量越来越多,海上运输安全保障与险情快速救助工作越来越重要。当海上险情发生时,如何快速抵达现场,快速完成搜救任务是需深入研究的问题。为此,立足我国东部某海域,结合船舶参数和水陆环境,采用栅格法和单元树法设计一种海上救援应急线路评估分析算法。将该算法应用于某海上智控项目中,为参与海上险情救助的船舶提供最优航行路线。实际应用结果表明,该算法提供的推荐路径具有较高的参考价值。
It is vital for a rescue boat to approach the position of accident in the shortest time,and taking the best route is essential to achieve this.A mathematical model for rescue and search operations under the Maritime Safety Administration of Zhejiang’s jurisdiction is built by using grid method and element tree method,with particular land and water environment and parameters of ships in operation taken into consideration.The algorithm is verified with samples of practical rescue actions.
