摘要
管氏过梁针取穴以奇穴为主,用穴少而精,刺法以"深""透""动""应"为特点。文章简论管氏过梁针的渊源,介绍管氏过梁针的针刺方法、管氏过梁针常用的24个特定奇穴,结合病案论述管氏过梁针治疗癔症性瘫痪、精神病、急性脊髓炎恢复期等疑难病证的临床经验,探讨管氏过梁针的学术特点。
GUAN’s ultra-deep needling techniques focus on a few effective specific extra-points,with unique features such as‘ultra-deep’,‘penetrating through’,‘twitching’,and‘needling sensation’.This article narrates the origin of GUAN’s ultra-deep needling techniques and describes the needling methods and the 24 commonly used specific extra-points,documents the clinical experience of using these techniques to treat hysterical paralysis,psychosis,acute myelitis convalescence and other difficult diseases,and discusses these techniques’academic characteristics.
