摘要
为提高石油工业标准化管理质量和工作效率,本文结合石油工业标准化领域业务管理特点,通过分析传统标准化管理工作面临的挑战,研究石油标准化信息化需求,构建石油工业标准化信息系统,以期实现石油工业国家标准与行业标准的统一规范管理、国家与行业标准化技术机构的统一管理、公文管理、标准化信息服务与共享,加快石油工业标准信息化建设步伐,满足石油工业标准化信息化管理的要求,提升标准化信息共享与服务质量。
In order to improve the quality and efficiency of petroleum industry standardization management,combined with the characteristics of petroleum industry standardization,this paper analyzes the challenges faced by the traditional standardization management,considers the petroleum standardization information requirements,and constructs the petroleum industry standardization information system.It realizes the unified normative management of the national and industrial standards in the petroleum industry and the unified management,official document management as well as standardization information service and sharing of national and industrial standardization technical committees.It speeds up the pace of petroleum industry standard information construction,meets the requirements of petroleum industry standardization information management,and improve s the standardized information sharing and service quality.
