摘要
标准化是教学质量的重要保障,如果教学的供给失去了标准就无法提供优质的教学质量。本文选取中华全国供销合作总社管理干部学院为典型案例,探寻ISO 9001:2015标准化管理体系下学院培训正规化的建设路径,遵循PDCA管理理论,通过策划—实施—检查—处置的闭环实施,逐步建成体系与实践相结合的科学培训学校。
Standardization is an important guarantee of teaching quality.If the supply of teaching loses the standard,it cannot provide high-quality results.Taking Management Academy of China Cooperatives as a typical example,this paper explores the construction path of training normalization under ISO 9001:2015 standardized management system,and gradually builds a scientific training school combining system and practice through the closed-loop implementation according to the requirements of PD CA(Plan-Do-Check-Act)manage ment model.
