摘要
随着知识经济的到来,传统单体架构的知识管理系统操作复杂、代码难以修改且规模庞大,导致运营和维护出现众多问题。因此,以提高工作效率为目的,对传统单体架构的知识管理系统进行更新和完善显得尤为重要。笔者将从知识管理系统概念出发,分析知识管理系统对于企业组织的重要性,然后从API网管技术架构、配置中心技术架构、后台管理与服务技术架构3方面进行技术架构分析。
With the advent of the knowledge economy, the traditional monolithic knowledge management system has complex operations, difficult to modify codes, and large scale, leading to many problems in operation and maintenance. Therefore, for the purpose of improving work efficiency, it is particularly important to update and improve the traditional single-frame knowledge management system. Starting from the concept of knowledge management system, the author analyzes the importance of knowledge management system to enterprise organizations, and then analyzes the technical architecture from three aspects: API network management technology architecture,configuration center technology architecture, background management and service technology architecture.
