摘要
在高等教育大众化的背景下,面对严峻的就业形势,对大学生开展具有时效性的职业生涯规划教育是非常必要的。文章首先介绍了关于职业生涯规划的基本概念和内涵,明确了规划教育的基本内容及大学生制定职业生涯规划时必须突出的基本要点,分析总结了目前影响高校大学生职业生涯规划教育时效性的主要起因,并提出改进策略,为大学生的职业生涯规划教育提供参考。
Under the background of popularization of higher education,facing the severe employment situation,it is very necessary to carry out timely career planning education for college students. The paper firstly introduces the basic concept and the connotation of career planning,clarifies the basic content of planning education and the basic points that college students must highlight when formulating career planning,analyzes and summarizes the main causes affecting the timeliness of college students’ career planning education,and puts forward improvement strategies,so as to provide reference for college students’ career planning education.
