摘要
利用DEA模型,选取5个投入指标和2个产出指标,对新疆14个地州市2017—2019年的农业循环经济效率进行分析评价。结果显示,2017—2019年新疆农业循环经济发展的平均综合效率为0.969,总体来看,3年内新疆农业循环经济效率有所提高,发展趋势向好;在发展循环农业过程中对农用机械总动力、化肥、节水灌溉面积等的投入较多,导致DEA无效地区出现投入冗余的情况。新疆地区在今后发展循环农业时,要注重对生产要素的合理配置,探索新疆特色的循环农业发展模式,推动农业高质量可持续发展。
Using DEA model,5 input indicators and 2 output indicators were selected to analyze and evaluate the efficiency of agricultural circular economy in 14 prefectures and cities of Xinjiang from 2017 to 2019.The results show that the average comprehensive efficiency of agricultural circular economy development in Xinjiang from 2017 to 2019 is 0.969.Generally speaking,the efficiency of agricultural circular economy in Xinjiang has been improved in three years,and the development trend is good.In the process of developing circular agriculture,the total power of agricultural machinery,chemical fertilizer,water-saving irrigation area and other inputs are more,leading to the situation of input redundancy in areas with invalid DEA.In the future development of circular agriculture in Xinjiang,it should pay attention to the rational allocation of production factors,explore the development mode of circular agriculture with Xinjiang characteristics,and promote the high-quality and sustainable development of agriculture.
