高职工业机器人专业现代学徒制人才培养模式研究

摘要 现代学徒制是职业院校培养技术技能与职业素养并重的适应人才,提高人才培养质量的重要举措,是职业院校教育改革的重点方向。本文以现代学徒制为指导,以工业机器人技术专业为对象,为解决高职院校工业机器人技术专业人才培养问题,从现代学生制的目的和意义、校企联合制定人才培养目标、推进招工招生一体化等方面进行了分析。 Modern apprenticeship is an important measure for vocational colleges to cultivate talents with equal emphasis on technical skills and professional quality and improve the quality of talent training.It is the key direction of educational reform in vocational colleges.Taking the modern apprenticeship system as the guidance and the industrial robot technology specialty as the object,in order to solve the problem of talent training of industrial robot technology specialty in higher vocational colleges,this paper analyzes the purpose and significance of the modern student system,the joint formulation of talent training objectives by schools and enterprises,and promoting the integration of recruitment and enrollment.
