摘要
近些年来,国内食品安全事件频发,做好食品安全管理工作非常重要。在食品安全管理过程中,信息不对称属于管理工作的一大难点。所以,在加快对食品安全监管方面研究速度的同时,需要制订处理食品安全信息不对称问题的有效方案。通过阐述食品信息不对称相关情况,分析了当前食品安全管理信息不对称相关问题,同时提出了食品安全管理信息不对称问题的有效处理策略,以便进一步增强食品安全管理工作的实际成效。
In recent years,there have been many domestic food safety incidents.It is very important to do a good job in food safety management,which is related to the safety of people’s lives and property.In the process of food safety management,information asymmetry is a major difficulty in the management work.Therefore,it is very critical to develop effective solutions to deal with the problem of food safety information asymmetry while accelerating the research speed of food safety supervision.Through the elaboration food information asymmetry related situation,and analyzed the current food safety management information asymmetry related problems,and put forward the effective treatment strategy of food safety management information asymmetry problem,in order to further enhance the actual effect of food safety management work.
