摘要
【目的】探明不同杀虫剂对斜纹夜蛾的毒力效应,为筛选适宜防治斜纹夜蛾高效且安全的杀虫剂提供理论依据。【方法】采用室内毒力测定方法测定甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐、苦参碱、短稳杆菌、苏云金杆菌及棉铃虫核型多角体病毒5种生物农药和高效氯氰菊酯、氯虫苯甲酰胺及丁醚脲3种化学农药7 d内对斜纹夜蛾2龄幼虫的毒杀效果。【结果】甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐对斜纹夜蛾处理72 h后毒力最高,LC_(50)为4.16 mg/L;相同浓度下该药剂处理的死亡率均显著高于其他药剂,且相对较高浓度126.70 mg/L处理3 d后的死亡率达100%。氯虫苯甲酰胺72 h处理后LC_(50)为300.36 mg/L,相对高浓度药后4 d死亡率达100%。【结论】生物农药甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐对斜纹夜蛾的防治效果与化学农药相当,可根据实际情况选择使用剂量。
【Objective】The toxicity effect of different pesticides on Spodoptera litura is discussed to provide the theoretical basis for screening the suitable, efficient and safety pesticides against S. litura.【Method】The toxicity effect of 5 biological pesticides(Emamectin benzoate, Matrine, Empedobacter brevis, Bacillus thuringiensis and Helicoverpa armigera nuclear polyhedrosis virus) and 3 chemical pesticides(Beta-cypermethrin, Diafenthiuron and Chlorantraniliprole) on 2;instar larvae of S. litura within 7 d.【Result】 The toxicity of Emamectin benzoate against 2;instar larvae of S. litura reaches the highest after 72 h and its LC_(50)is 4.16 mg/L. The mortality of Spodoptera litura treated with Emamectin benzoate is significantly higher than other pesticides under the same concentration. The mortality of S. litura treated with 126.70 mg/L Emamectin benzoate reaches 100% after 3 d. The LC_(50)of Chlorantraniliprole against Spodoptera litura after 72 h is 300.36 mg/L and the mortality of S. litura treated with Chlorantraniliprole with a relative higher concentration is 100% after 4 d.【Conclusion】The control efficiency of Emamectin benzoate against 2;instar larvae of S. litura is equivalent to chemical pesticides. The use dosage of Emamectin benzoate against S. litura should be selected according to the actual condition.
