摘要
探讨评价贵州中医药大学药学院药物分析学实验设计性实验教学改革的成效。以学生设计性实验"醋酸泼尼可的松的含量测定"为载体。结果大多数小组的同学能设计出可行性较强的实验方案。多数同学认为设计性实验可加深对理论知识的理解、拓展科研视野、培养同学们的表达能力、科研能力、团队精神等,提升同学对药物分析学实验的兴趣。药物分析学实验中开展设计性实验是成功实验改革的尝试,能补充和完善传统验证性实验的教学效果。
The effectiveness of the experimental teaching reform of the experimental design of Pharmaceutical Analysis in the School of Pharmacy, Guizhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was discussed and evaluated. The student-designed experiment “Determination of Prednisolone Acetate” was used as a carrier. As a result, most of the students in the group could design a feasible experimental plan. Students believed that the design experiments can deepen their understanding of theoretical knowledge, expand their scientific research horizons, cultivate students’ expression skills, scientific research capabilities, team spirit, etc, and enhance students’ interest in Pharmaceutical Analysis experiments. The development of design experiments in Pharmaceutical Analysis experiments is an attempt of successful experimental reform, which can supplement and improve the teaching effects of traditional confirmatory experiments.
