摘要 蒸馏提取碱性土壤易释放氰化物时,由于土壤的碱性和酒石酸发生反应释放出大量的二氧化碳,蒸馏液不清澈使整体分析流程费时耗力检测数据不准确。本方法建立了全自动蒸馏仪提取土壤中的易释放氰化物,采用流动注射分析仪联用的检测方法。当鲜样土壤为15.00 g蒸馏体积为100 mL时,本方法的最低检测浓度为0.001 mg/kg。此方法在0.002~0.250 mg/L浓度范围内有良好的线性,相关系数>0.999,土壤样品的加标回收率为97.2%~104.0%,相对标准偏差<3%,在大批量土壤氰化物分析中优于快于传统方法。 When extracting cyanide from alkaline soil by distillation, a large amount of carbon dioxide is released due to the reaction between alkaline soil and tartaric acid, and the distillation liquid is not clear, which makes the overall analysis process time-consuming and labor-consuming, and the detection data is not accurate. An automatic distillation apparatus was used to extract easily released cyanide in soil, and a flow injection analyzer was used to detect it. When the fresh soil sample was 15.00 g and the distillation volume was 100 mL, the minimum detection concentration of this method was 0.001 mg/kg. This method had a good linearity in the concentration range of 0.002~0.250 mg/L, the correlation coefficient was more than 0.999, the recovery of soil samples was 97.2%~104.0%, the relative standard deviation was less than 3%, which was better than the traditional method in the analysis of large quantities of soil cyanide.
