摘要
目的探讨长春地区颈椎病患者发病与体质的相关性,为颈椎病的防治提供新思路。方法选取2019年2月—2021年4月期间长春中医药大学附属医院收治的颈椎病患者3322例患者。收集3322例颈椎病患者出生时的五运六气资料,年龄跨度80余年,统计岁运/司天/在泉运气合参的分布特征,进行描述性统计、卡方检验。结果岁运/司天/在泉运气合参频数由高到低依次为:少火/阳明燥金司天/少阴君火在泉(182例),太木/少阳相火司天/厥阴风木在泉(157例),太火/太阳寒水司天/太阴湿土在泉(151例)……,少木/厥阴风木司天/少阳相火在泉(80例),太火/少阴君火司天/阳明燥金在泉(79例),分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论出生时体质为少火之年,且阳明燥金司天,少阴君火在泉的人群更易患颈椎病,其病因主要与寒湿有关。
Objective To explore the correlation between the incidence of cervical spondylosis and the physique of patients in Changchun area,and to provide a new idea for the prevention and treatment of cervical spondylosis diseases.Methods A total of 3322 patients with cervical spondylosis who were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2019 to April 2021 were selected.The data of the Five-Yun and Six-Qi at birth of 3322 patients with cervical spondylosis were collected,with an age span of more than 80 years.The distribution characteristics of Suiyun/Sitian/Zaiquan-yun combined ginseng were analyzed,and descriptive statistics and chi-square test were performed.Results The frequency of the combination of Suiyun/Sitian/Zaiquan luck parameters from high to low was:Shaohuo/Yangmingzao Jinsitian/Shaoyin Junhuo Zaiquan(182 cases),Taimu/Shaoyang Xianghuosi Tian/Jueyin Fengmu Zaiquan(157 cases),Taihuo/Taiyang Cold Water Sitian/Taiyin Wet Earth in Spring(151 cases),Shaomu/Jueyin Fengmu Sitian/Shaoyang Xianghuo Zaiquan(80 cases),Taihuo/Shaoyinjunhuositian/Yangmingzaojinzaiquan(79 cases),the distribution difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The people who were born in the year of less fire,Yangming zao and Jinsitian,Shaoyin Junhuoquan are more likely to suffer from cervical spondylosis,the cause of which is closely related to cold and dampness.
