摘要
校企合作机制下实施资助育人工作,既可以调动企业资源参与高职院校教育工作,又可以提高被资助学生的综合素养,为企业培养更多优秀人才。高职院校资助育人工作是一个循序渐进、不断革新的过程,不仅需要高职院校与企业的密切合作,更离不开政府部门的大力支持与指引。因此,为了切实提高高校资助育人效果,需要政府、学校、企业三方面共同努力推进,发挥企业在资助育人工作中的积极作用,彰显育人功能,为国家培养更多高素质的人才。
The implementation of the funded education work under the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism can not only mobilize the enterprise resources to participate in the education work of higher vocational colleges,but also improve the comprehensive quality of the funded students and cultivate more outstanding talents for the enterprises. Funded education in higher vocational colleges is a process of gradual and continuous innovation. It not only requires the close cooperation between higher vocational colleges and enterprises, but also requires the strong support and guidance of government departments. Therefore,in order to effectively improve the effect of funded education in colleges and universities,the government, schools and enterprises need to work together to promote it,give full play to the positive role of enterprises in funding education work,highlight the function of education,and cultivate more high-quality talents for China.
