摘要
文章以院所融合为例,探讨在协同治理视角下,院所共同体组织如何通过目标协同、结构协同、管理协同、技术协同,克服组织分离、关联分割的天然困境,达到目标统筹、机制完善、管理高效、资源整合目的过程,深化协同治理理论在医院与科研机构共同体领域的应用研究,为类似共同体组织如何更好地融合发展提供更多思考。
This paper takes the hospital-institute integration as an example to discuss how to overcome the difficulties of organization separation and association segmentation from the perspective of collaborative governance through goal coordination,structure coordination,management coordination,technology coordination,so as to achieve the purposes of overall goal planning,system perfection,efficient management and resource integration;and to deepen the application study of the theory of collaborative governance in the community of hospitals and scientific research institutions.This will provide more approaches to better integrative developments of the similar consortia.
