断层破碎带高冒顶板巷道支护技术研究 被引量:2

摘要 基于巷道掘进过断层破碎带期间容易出现冒落问题,会给巷道掘进安全带来较大威胁的情况,以山西某矿10101回风巷掘进过DF21断层破碎带为工程背景,针对巷道顶板岩体破碎、容易冒落等问题,提出综合使用超前注浆+超前管棚+U型钢棚方式对围岩进行控制。依据现场实际条件对顶板破碎且不稳定岩层控制方案进行设计。现场应用后,巷道掘进过高冒段时顶板始终保持稳定,未有顶板金属网网兜、顶板离层量大等冒落征兆,同时顶板下沉量控制在26 mm以内,围岩支护效果显著。研究成果可为其他矿井类似情况下巷道掘进过高冒区围岩控制提供经验参考。 Based on the fact that the problem of pop-up during the roadway excavation over the fault fracture zone is easy to occur,which will bring a greater threat to the roadway excavation safety,taking the 10101 backwind road excavation over the DF21 fault fracture zone as the engineering background,and in view of the problems of rock fragmentation of the roadway roof and easy to pop-up,the integrated use of over-the-top grouting+over-the-top pipe shed+U-shaped steel shed method is proposed to control the surrounding rock.Based on the actual conditions of the site,the control plan of the broken and unstable rock top plate is designed.After application on site,the roof plate always remained stable when the tunnel was dug through the high riser section,and there were no signs of riser fall such as metal mesh netting of the roof plate and large amount of roof plate leaving the layer,while the sinking of the roof plate was controlled within 26 mm,and the effect of rock support was remarkable.The research results can provide reference for other mines to control the surrounding rocks in the overhead area under similar conditions.
