摘要
安全是企业生存和发展最根本的保障,在历年工业生产领域的重大伤亡事故统计中,煤矿行业重大恶性事故是易发高发的产业之一,而每年的煤矿重大事故中又以瓦斯事故占到年度伤亡事故总数的70%-80%,死亡在10人以上的煤矿事故占到90%以上。对于煤矿企业而言,安全第一的理念永远是第一位的,应用“关口前移,超前防范事故”能有效杜绝事故的发生,保障矿井安全生产。
Safety is the most fundamental guarantee for the survival and development of an enterprise.According to the statistics of major casualties in the industrial production field over the years,major and malignant accidents in coal mines are one of the industries that are prone to high incidence.Gas accidents account for 70%-80%of the annual casualty accidents,and coal mine accidents with more than 10 deaths account for more than 90%.For coal mining enterprises,the concept of safety first is always the first,and the application of"moving the gate forward and preventing accidents in advance"can effectively prevent the occurrence of accidents and ensure the safe production of mines.
