摘要
硕士研究生是有别于本科生、博士研究生的高等教育学生群体,具有明显的群体特殊性。从尊重思想政治教育对象主体性的逻辑起点出发,指出该群体具有复杂的人员构成、现实的价值取向、聚焦的研究视野、多层次的心理发展水平和多重的心理压力等群体特征,并针对上述群体特征,提出对硕士研究生开展思想政治教育的要求,即要实现实用主义和理想主义相统一、同向性和针对性相统一、政治性和心理学化相统一、传统性和时效性相统一、稳定性和发展性相统一,努力构建"大思政"格局。
Postgraduates are different from undergraduates and doctoral students in higher education, with obvious group characteristics. From the logic starting point of respecting the subjectivity of the object in ideological and political education, this paper points out that the group has complex personnel structure, the real value orientation, the focused research vision, multi-level of psychological development and multiple psychological pressure. According to the above group characteristics, this paper puts forward the requirements of carrying out ideological and political education for postgraduates, namely, to avhieve the unity of pragmatism and idealism, the unity of co-orientation and pertinence, the unity of politics and psychology, the unity of tradition and timeliness, the unity of stability and development, and strive to build the “grand ideological and political education” pattern.
