摘要
探索后疫情时代办公模式的发展趋势,分析总结多元办公场景下智能管家产品的使用需求,进行面向后疫情时代的智能管家产品设计。针对混合办公人群进行用户访谈和问卷调研,结合用户画像对混合办公人群进行定位,运用归纳法分析得出智能管家产品的设计需求。后疫情时代下的办公模式将向着灵活化和多元化的趋势发展。混合办公人群更偏向使用实体交互的智能管家。归纳总结出后疫情时代智能管家产品设计的六大核心需求,并由此设计出一款名为Qser的智能管家。为后疫情时代的智能管家产品提供了更多的研发思路。
This paper explores the development trend of office mode in the post epidemic era,analyzes and summarizes the use requirements of intelligent housekeeper products in multiple office scenarios,and designs intelligent housekeeper products for the post epidemic era.According to the user interview and questionnaire survey of hybrid office crowd,combined with the user portrait to locate the hybrid office crowd,the inductive method is used to analyze the design requirements of intelligent housekeeper products.The office mode in the post epidemic era will be developing towards the trend of spiritual activation and diversification.Hybrid office crowd prefer to use intelligent housekeeper with entity interaction.This paper summarizes six core requirements of intelligent Butler product design in post epidemic era,and designs a smart housekeeper named Qser.It provides more research and development ideas for intelligent housekeeper products in the post epidemic era.
