摘要
疫情防控已经进入常态化,传统的线下产教融合人才培养模式不再适用。需要结合疫情下高校的实际情况,探索出设计艺术类实践课程的教学新模式。提出基于PBL教学法的混合式教学设计使教学内容更具有针对性,实施共享企业和社会资源开展实践教学,修订教学要件以及采用多元化的教学考核制度等措施来解决企业积极性不高,学生的自律能力较差的问题。联合相关企业制订了特定了人才培养模式,并在实践过程中达到了优化人才培养方案及教学方法的效果。产教融合线上线下混合的课程建设弥补了传统模式的不足,加强了产教融合的强度,实现了人才培养的目标。
Epidemic prevention and control has been normalized,and the traditional offline production education integration talent training mode is no longer applicable.It is necessary to explore a new teaching mode of practical courses of design art in combination with the actual situation of colleges and Universities under the epidemic situation.This paper puts forward the hybrid teaching design based on PBL teaching method to make the teaching content more targeted,implement the sharing of enterprise and social resources,carry out practical teaching,revise the teaching elements and adopt a diversified teaching assessment system to solve the problems of low enterprise enthusiasm and poor students ’ self-discipline ability.It has worked out a specific talent training mode with relevant enterprises,and achieved the effect of optimizing talent training scheme and teaching methods in the process of practice.The online and offline mixed curriculum construction of industry education integration line makes up for the shortcomings of the traditional model,strengthens the intensity of industry education integration,and realizes the goal of talent training.
