摘要
结合国家目前的装配式结构发展政策及工程需求实际,针对装配式结构钢塑复合板的主要组成构件及施工工艺等进行分析,得出此类墙板造型简单、施工方便,较传统建筑的使用面积提高5%~10%,在低层冷弯薄壁型钢住宅结构及高层建筑内隔墙结构中可用作高效施工、节能环保的墙体建材,为这种墙体复合板材的装配工业化应用和推广提供了参考。
Combined with the steel-plastic composite plate for prefabricated structures and the actual engineering demand. Application on steel-plastic composite plate and construction technology for prefabricated structures was analyzed. Analysis results showed that this kind of wallboard is simple in shape and convenient in construction,and the use area of this kind of wallboard is 5% ~ 10% higher than that of traditional buildings. It can be used as wall materials in the assembled structures with the advantages of high efficiency in construction energy saving and environmental protection materials,and provided a reference for the industrial application and promotion of the wall panel assembly.
