摘要
目的:为提高老年人无症状低血糖诊断准确率,促使患者及时治疗,研究探讨动态血糖监测在老年人无症状低血糖检测中的应用。方法:采用回顾性分析法选取2015年3月~2018年3月本院收治的老年无症状低血糖患者100例为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将100例老年无症状低血糖患者分为对照组和观察组,其中对照组有患者50例,观察组有患者50例,对照组采用手动血糖监测方法对患者进行检测,观察组采用动态血糖监测方法对患者进行检测,随后收集对照组和观察组的检测结果并进行分析,比较两组患者采用不同方法的血糖监测准确率。结果:观察组漏测患者2例,占比为4.00%,确诊患者48例,占比为96.00%,可知观察组血糖监测准确率为96.00%,漏诊率为4.00%;对照组漏测患者7例,占比为14.00%,误测患者2例,占比为4.00%,确诊患者41例,占比为82.00%,对照组血糖监测准确率为82.00%,漏诊率为4.00%。对比监测结果可知,观察组患者的血糖监测准确度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),两组数据对比差异显著,有统计学意义,同时观察组患者的血糖监测漏测率和误测率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),两组数据对比差异显著,有统计学意义。结论:采用动态血糖监测方式对老年人无症状血糖进行检测,能够有效提高检测结果。
Objective:In order to improve the diagnostic accuracy of asymptomatic hypoglycemia in the elderly and promote the timely treatment of patients,the application of dynamic blood glucose monitoring in the detection of asymptomatic hypoglycemia in the elderly was studied.Methods:100 elderly patients with asymptomatic hypoglycemia treated in our hospital from March 2015 to March 2018 were selected as the research object by retrospective analysis.100 elderly patients with asymptomatic hypoglycemia were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,including 50 patients in the control group and 50 patients in the observation group.The patients in the control group were detected by manual blood glucose monitoring method,The observation group used the dynamic blood glucose monitoring method to detect the patients,and then collected and analyzed the test results of the control group and the observation group,and compared the accuracy of blood glucose monitoring of the two groups with different methods.Results:In the observation group,there were 2 missed patients,accounting for 4.00%,and 48 confirmed patients,accounting for 96.00%.It can be seen that the accuracy of blood glucose monitoring in the observation group was 96.00%,and the missed diagnosis rate was 4.00%;In the control group,there were 7 missed patients,accounting for 14.00%,2 false patients,accounting for 4.00%,41 confirmed patients,accounting for 82.00%.In the control group,the accuracy of blood glucose monitoring was 82.00%,and the missed diagnosis rate was 4.00%.According to the comparative monitoring results,the accuracy of blood glucose monitoring in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The data comparison difference between the two groups was significant and statistically significant.At the same time,the missed measurement rate and false measurement rate of blood glucose monitoring in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The da
