短路失效模型的MMC阀子模块设计及试验验证 被引量:2

摘要 为了实现对基于模块化多电平换流器(MMC)的柔性直流换流阀子模块更严格的可靠性考核,针对换流阀子模块中旁路开关拒动后应具备长期短路通流能力的要求,提出了一种短路失效子模块结构及短路试验方法,以满足子模块实际运行中故障短路工况的试验要求。首先,对子模块工作原理和短路故障工况应力进行了分析;其次,结合故障工况应力分析和子模块中关键元件的失效机理,提出了子模块设计结构及短路试验方法,并在PSCAD软件中建立了模型进行仿真验证;最后,在厂内搭建实际的试验系统进行了验证。试验结果显示该子模块结构及短路试验方法具备有效性和可行性。 In order to realize the more strict reliability assessment of the flexible DC converter valve sub module based on modular multilevel converter(MMC),aiming at the requirements that the bypass switch in the converter valve sub module should have long-term short-circuit flow capacity after refusing to operate,a flexible DC converter valve sub module structure and short-circuit test method are proposed to meet the test requirements of fault short-circuit condition in the actual operation of the sub module.Firstly,the working principle of the sub module and the stress under short-circuit fault condition are analyzed.Secondly,combined with the stress analysis of fault conditions and the failure mechanism of key components in the sub module,the sub module design structure and short-circuit test me-thod are proposed,and the model is established in PSCAD software for simulation verification.Finally,an actual test system is built in the factory for verification.The test results show that the sub module structure and short-circuit test method are effective and feasible.
