摘要
为探索高海拔地区特殊气象条件下混凝土的温控标准及温控防裂措施,本文以藏木水电站为例,采用三维有限元计算方法,研究不同季节、不同保温条件、不同冷却方式对藏木水电站溢流坝段温度应力的影响,研究表明:避免在高温季节浇筑、加强表面保温可以有效避免因寒潮而产生的裂缝,并且通水冷却可以通过提高冷却高度来改善应力,以指导大坝的施工与设计,确保大坝施工安全,研究结果可为相关工程提供参考。
In order to explore the temperature control standard and preventing crack measure of concrete under special meteorological conditions in high-altitude areas,taking Zangmu Hydropower Station as an example,this paper uses three-dimensional finite element calculation method to study the effects of seasons,insulation conditions and cooling methods on the temperature stress in the overflow dam section of Zangmu Hydropower Station.The results show that avoiding pouring in high temperature season and strengthening surface insulation can effectively avoid cracks caused by cold wave,and water cooling can improve the stress by increasing the cooling height,so as to guide the construction and design of dam and ensure the safety of dam construction.
