R410A在水平强化管管外冷凝换热性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 研究强化管表面结构可有效强化水平管外的冷凝换热性能,对降低冷凝器的管材消耗有重要应用价值。文中研究了R410A制冷剂在1根光管和3根水平双侧强化管管外冷凝换热特性。采用Gnielinski公式对实验数据进行处理。结果表明:Ⅰ型强化管管外换热面积比Ⅱ型多出14%,但是Ⅱ型强化管的管外制冷剂侧传热系数是Ⅰ型的1.04—1.09倍,合理的肋间距设计有利于冷凝排液,增大制冷剂传热性能;不同肋型对制冷剂侧冷凝换热性能的强化效果不同,Ⅱ型强化管的管外传热系数是Ⅲ型的1.27—1.42倍。液膜厚度是影响管外热阻的主要因素,强化管表面的肋型与肋间距的合理设计对强化管的冷凝传热性能有重要作用,该研究为优化强化管的开发提供了参考。 Research on the surface structure of the enhanced tube can effectively enhance the condensation heat transfer performance outside the horizontal tube,and it is very important to reduce the tube consumption of the condenser.The condensation heat transfer characteristics of R410A refrigerant outside a smooth tube and three horizontal double enhanced tubes were studied.The experimental data were processed by Gnielinski formula.The results were obtained:firstly,the heat transfer area of typeⅠenhanced tube is 14%more than typeⅡ,but the heat transfer coefficient outside the tube of typeⅡis 1.04-1.09 times of that of typeⅠ,and the logical finned spacing design is beneficial to condensate drainage and increase the refrigerant heat transfer performance.Secondly,the enhancement effect of different finned types on the heat transfer performance outside tube side is different,and the heat transfer coefficient outside the tube of typeⅡis 1.27-1.42 times of that of typeⅢ.The liquid film thickness is the main factor of the thermal resistance outside the tube.The logical design of the finned shape and finned spacing for the enhanced tube plays an important role in the condensation heat transfer performance,which will provide the optimization direction for the development of the enhanced tubes.
