摘要
针对目前温室大棚作业在精准农业发展中存在自动化管理水平低下,以及在以云计算为中心的农业远程控制系统上会出现连接稳定性较差、时延较长的问题,文中提出一种基于边缘计算的农业物联网监控系统,对棚内调控装置进行精准自动化调控。系统整体由采集控制CPS层、边缘计算层和云服务层三部分组成。通过CPS层的CAN总线电路设计来对环境参数进行获取,边缘计算层的LoRa树莓派网关负责完成数据传输,并采用Smith模糊控制算法实现本地控制决策自动化。在长春市农安县大棚种植园对文中系统进行安装测试。试验结果表明,该系统能实时采集棚内多项环境参数,以灌溉作业为例,自动化调控正常,能使室内土壤湿度与设定的最佳湿度的误差维持在3%左右,可满足温室精准化种植需求。
As the greenhouse operation in the development of precision agriculture has low automation management level,and can occurs poor connection stability and long time delay in the agricultural remote control system centered on cloud computing,an agricultural Internet of Things monitoring system based on edge computing is proposed to accurately and automatically regulate the control devices in the greenhouse.The whole system is composed of the collection and control CPS layer,the edge⁃computing layer and the cloud service layer.The environmental parameters are obtained by the CAN bus circuit of CPS layer,the Lora Raspberry Pi gateway of edge computing layer is responsible for data transmission,and Smith fuzzy control algorithm is used to realize the decision⁃making automation of local control.The installation testing of the system was conducted in the greenhouse plantation in Nong’an County,Changchun.The testing results show that the system can collect multiple environmental parameters in the greenhouse in real time,by taking irrigation operation as an example,the automatic control is normal,and its error between indoor soil humidity and the set optimal humidity can be maintained at about 3%,which can meet the needs of precision planting in greenhouse.
