顾客对生鲜电商平台配送的满意度分析 被引量:1

摘要 生鲜电商呈现出快速发展趋势,但同时生鲜配送服务及其质量还有一定的缺陷。文中基于生鲜电商行业的特性,从顾客满意度出发,采用二元logistics回归模型来分析顾客满意度与配送及时性、生鲜产品的新鲜程度、配送人员的卫生服务问题、平台的优惠及售后等之间的关系,从而对生鲜电商产业的发展提出建议。 Fresh e-commerce shows a rapid development trend,but at the same time,fresh distribution service and its quality still have certain defects. This study is based on the characteristics of fresh e-commerce industry,starts from consumer satisfaction,and uses binary logistics regression model to analyze the relationship between customer satisfaction and distribution timeliness,freshness of fresh products,health services of distribution personnel,and discounts and after-sale service of platform,so as to put forward suggestions for the development of fresh e-commerce industry.
