摘要
未来社区数字健康“医养通”服务以实现医疗、居家养老、康养、医药等服务向城市、城镇、社区、乡村、家庭、个人的全域六级服务延伸覆盖,为相关部门提供全面的强有力的体系化支撑。“医养通”服务按照“1+3+N”体系建设打造,由“医养通精准管理平台”“融合三张网”(广电网、互联网和物联网)“N个数字健康应用系统”组成。以实现数字健康的管理规范化、决策科学化、业务流程化和数据标准化,全面提升智慧医养的服务管理水平,深化数字健康数字化改革。
Future Community Digital Health"Medical Support"service will extend the coverage of medical care,home-based elderly care,health care,medicine and other services to cities,towns,communities,villages,families and individuals.Providing comprehensive and strong systematic support for relevant departments.The"Medical Support"service is built according to the"1+3+n"system,and consists of a"Medical Support precise management platform".It is composed of"three networks"(radio and television network,Internet and Internet of things)and"N digital health application systems",so as to realize the standardization of digital health management,scientific decision-making,business process and data standardization,which comprehensively improve the service management level of intelligent medical care and deepen the digital health reform.
