摘要
在道路建设过程中,管线迁改一直是工程建设中极为重要的影响因素。由于石油管线迁改程序复杂,涉及面广,已经成为制约道路改扩建造价与工期的重要因素之一。以江阴市长山大道石油管线迁改为例,介绍了公路兼城市快速路改扩建过程中石油管线迁改的基本原则、技术要求、方案选择、注意事项等内容,为工程建设项目中石油管线的迁改提供相关借鉴。
In the process of reconstruction,expansion or new construction of highways and urban expressways,pipeline relocation has always been a very important restrictive factor in the progress of the project.The relocation plan of oil pipeline is difficult to determine.The relocation procedure is complex and involves a lot of issues.Therefore,the relocation of oil pipeline has become one of the most important factors restricting roadway construction period.Taking the relocation of oil pipeline under Changshan Avenue in Jiangyin as an example,this paper introduces the principles,technical requirements and different alternatives of oil pipeline relocation in the process of highway and urban expressway reconstruction and expansion.The purpose of this paper is to provide relevant reference for the relocation of oil pipeline in urban rapid transformation project.
