摘要 基于区块链去中心化、独立性、安全性与匿名性等特点,审计主体可以通过利用智能合约、共识机制、非对称加密、分布式账本等技术,探索其在食品安全审计中应用的可行性以及应用逻辑。该文首先对食品安全审计的现状以及需求进行分析,结合区块链技术的优势点构建区块链技术在食品安全审计中应用的逻辑框架,并具体阐述区块链技术下的食品安全审计流程。最后,充分考虑区块链技术在运用中面临的问题并对其未来发展作出展望。 Based on the characteristics of blockchain such as decentralization,independence,security and anonymity,audit subjects can explore the feasibility and logic of its application in food safety audit by using smart contract,consensus mechanism,asymmetric encryption,distributed ledger and other technologies.Firstly,the status quo and requirements of food safety audit were analyzed,and the logical framework for the application of blockchain technology in food safety audit was constructed combined with the advantages of blockchain technology,and the food safety audit process under blockchain technology was elaborated in detail.Finally,the problems faced in the application of blockchain technology were fully considered and its future development was prospected.
