摘要
目的对我国息肉切除术护理研究的现状和研究热点进行可视化分析,从宏观上把握该领域的研究现状。方法基于中国知网中文数据库,借鉴文献计量学的理论与方法,对该领域的研究文献进行梳理和挖掘,并采用主题词共现分析法和突现词探测算法对该领域的研究热点和重点关注领域进行分析。结果近年来,研究学者对我国息肉切除术护理的关注度持续上升,偏向于护理路径配合、微创类研究,研究内容主要集中在不同息肉类型切除术研究及术后护理方法研究相关领域,其中子宫内膜及其切除护理是近年来研究学者较为关注的研究内容。结论我国息肉切除护理相关研究近年来发展较快,其中子宫内膜及其切除护理是学者较为关注的话题。
Objective Visual analysis of the current status and research hotspots of polypectomy nursing research in China.The purpose is to grasp the status quo of research in this field from a macro perspective.Methods Based on the Chinese database of CNKI,using the theories and methods of bibliometrics,it sorts out and mines the research literature in this field.The co-occurrence analysis method of subject headings is used to analyze the research hotspots and key areas of concern in this field.The research content mainly focuses on the research of different types of polypectomy and the research of postoperative nursing methods.Results Research scholars continue to pay more attention to the nursing care of polypectomy in China,and they tend to focus on nursing path coordination and minimally invasive research.Among them,the endometrium and its resection and nursing care are the research contents that scholars have paid more attention to in recent years.Conclusion Research on polypectomy and nursing care in China has developed rapidly in recent years.Among them,the endometrium and its excision and nursing are the topics that scholars pay more attention to.The purpose is to grasp the status quo of research in this field from a macro perspective,and to provide reference for other scholars in further research.
