摘要
针对长江流域生态流量信息化管理水平较低的现状,利用全方位的数据感知、高性能的计算分析、全过程的应用服务和多形式的可视化展现等关键技术,探讨了长江流域生态流量管理服务平台的建设,为生态流量监督管理提供数据支撑与决策支持,对智慧水利建设和长江大保护具有实际意义。
Strengthening the supervision and management of ecological flow and ensuring the ecological flow of rivers and lakes is of great significance to protecting and improving the ecological environment of the Yangtze River Basin.In view of the low level of information management of ecological flow in the Yangtze River Basin,this paper discussed the construction of ecological flow management service platform in the Yangtze River Basin from key technologies such as comprehensive data perception,high-performance computing analysis,full-process application services and multiple forms of visual presentation,and provided data and technical support for the supervision and management of ecological,,which is of practical significance to the construction of smart water conservancy and the protection of the Yangtze River.
