基于灰色理论的飞片冲击起爆参数优化设计

摘要 针对飞片冲击起爆钝感炸药的参数选择问题,提出了一种基于灰色理论的参数优化方法。利用正交法设计模拟方案,采用大型非线性数值模拟软件进行了不同参数组合下的冲击起爆计算。运用灰色理论中的关联度分析方法,获得了飞片直径、厚度、加速距离与飞片冲击输入能量的关联度系数和关联度,以被发炸药在起爆过程受到的飞片冲击能量为优化目标,确定了一组各因素的优化组合,优化结果显示飞片冲击能量提高了10.2%~32.9%,起爆效果明显增强。 Aiming at design parameters selection and determination of insensitive explosive initiated by flyer impact,a parameters optimization method based on Grey theory was proposed.The orthogonal method was used to design the simulation scheme,and the nonlinear numerical simulation software AUTODYN was used to calculate the impact initiation under different parameter combinations.The correlation coefficient and correlation degree between flyer diameter,thickness,acceleration distance and flyer impact input energy were obtained by using the correlation degree analysis method of Grey theory.The Flyer impact energy received by TATB in the initiation process was considered as the optimization objective,and the calculated results show that the impact energy of flyer is increased by 10.2%~32.9%,and the initiation effect is obviously enhanced.
