Influence of emotional awareness on mental health of preschool teachers

摘要 目的:本研究旨在了解幼儿教师的情绪意识现状,探讨情绪意识与幼儿教师心理健康水平之间的关系。方法:采用多伦多述情障碍量表(TAS-20)、特质元情绪量表(TMMS)、情绪意识水平量表(LEAS)测查幼儿教师的情绪意识发展水平,使用心理健康症状自评量表(SCL-90)测查幼儿教师的心理健康水平,对200名幼儿教师进行线上调查。结果:幼儿教师TAS-20下的情绪意识得分属于中等程度水平,SCL-90下的心理健康中的躯体化、抑郁、焦虑、恐怖因子得分显著高于全国常模(t=4.61,5.86,6.47,6.10;P<0.001);TAS-20量表中的"难以识别自己的情感"对心理健康中的4个因子均有显著的正向预测作用(t=4.65,6.08,5.67,4.20;P<0.001)。结论:TAS-20和LEAS的个体可信度较高却相关性较低,这表明两者无法相互替代,但两者测量方面不同,存在互补可能。幼儿教师情绪意识水平正向预测其心理健康水平。 Objective:To understand the status quo of emotional awareness of preschool teachers and explore the relationship between emotional awareness and mental health level of preschool teachers.Methods:This study adopted a questionnaire survey, conducting an online survey of 200 preschool teachers.Toronto Alexithymia Scale(TAS-20),Trait Meta-Mood Scale(TMMS),Levels of Emotional Awareness Scale(LEAS)were used to measure the level of emotional awareness development of preschool teachers.Self-reporting Inventory(SCL-90)was used to measure the level of mental health of preschool teachers.Results:The scores of emotional awareness of preschool teachers under TAS-20 were at a moderate level, and the scores of somatization, depression, anxiety and terror factors in mental health under SCL-90 were significantly higher than the national norm(t=4.61,5.86,6.47,6.10;P<0.001). "Difficulty of Identifying Feelings" in TAS-20 scale had a significant positive predictive effect on the four factors of mental health(t=4.65,6.08,5.67,4.20;P<0.001).Conclusion:TAS-20 and LEAS have higher individual credibility but lower correlation, which shows that the two cannot be substituted for each other, but there is the possibility of complementarity between the two in measurement.Emotional awareness of preschool teachers have a positive predictive effect on mental health.
