摘要
阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease, AD)是一种进行性神经系统退行性疾病,是较为常见的痴呆类型。心主神明,肾精充养元神,心肾两脏与神经系统疾病紧密相关,其功能失调可致髓减脑消、神机失用,亦是AD发生和发展的基础。结合AD的病理表现和临床诊疗特点,秉持前期"益肾调督"思想,在AD的治疗中理应重视调心。主要从心肾角度,阐述心肾两脏与神经系统之间的经络循行、藏象关系、相关病理,在此视域下梳理中医药治疗AD的证据并探讨防治AD的相关策略,为临床治疗AD提供借鉴思路。
Alzheimer’s disease(AD) is a progressive neurodegenerative disease, which is the most common form of dementia. As is known, heart governs the spirit light, kidney essence nourishes the original spirit, and both of the two organs are closely related to nervous system diseases. Whereas disorders of heart and kidney lead to the consumption of brain marrow and mental dysfunction, which are the basis for the occurrence and development of AD. Combined with the pathological manifestations and clinical diagnosis and treatment of AD, and adhering to the guidance of "reinforcing kidney and regulating Governor Vessel", we believes that attention should also be paid to heart regulation in the clinical treatment of AD. Therefore, from the perspective of heart and kidney, this article mainly expounded the relationship between the two organs and nervous system via meridian circulation, visceral manifestation and related pathology. In this perspective, we sorted out the evidence of TCM in the treatment of AD as well as explore the relevant strategies on the prevention and treatment of AD, so as to provide reference for the treatment of AD in clinic.
