摘要
儿童脑卒中是临床常见的危急症,是儿童致残和死亡的主要原因之一。儿童脑卒中多以局灶性神经功能缺损为主要表现,但在疾病的急性期有时难与其他同样表现为局灶性神经功能缺损的疾病相鉴别,容易延误最佳诊治时机。本文就不同类型儿童脑卒中的发病危险因素、临床表现、影像学表现等进行阐述,旨在提高临床医师对本病的认识,为医师早期识别该病与及时诊治患者提供帮助。
Stroke in children is a common clinical emergency and is one of the leading causes of disability and death in children.In children,focal neurological deficits are the main manifestation of stroke,but in the acute phase of the disease,it is sometimes difficult to distinguish them from other diseases that also present with focal neurological deficits,which may delay the diagnosis and treatment.In this paper,we present the risk factors,clinical manifestations,and imaging manifestations of different types of stroke in children,with the aim of improving clinicians understanding of the disease and helping them to recognize the disease early and treat patients in a timely manner.
